ABOUT APEX
Netball coaching for every stage
Apex Netball Ltd began with a simple passing comment: “Fay, you could do that.”
​
That comment inspired me to explore the idea of creating a different kind of netball club—one focused on additional training and development, rather than compulsory matches.
​
Apex Netball provides a welcoming place for children who may be waiting to join a league-based club, as well as adults who have not played since school and would like to rebuild their confidence, learn the basics and prepare to join a social or competitive team.
​
After researching the local area, I realised there was nothing quite like this available. My aim is to offer high-quality, inclusive netball training for everyone from age four through to adulthood.
​
I believe that when someone discovers a sport they enjoy, a whole new world of opportunities can open up. They simply need the right foundations, a supportive and non-selective environment, and coaches who genuinely want to help them achieve their best.
​
At Apex Netball, our goal is to help every player build confidence, develop their skills and ultimately Reach Their Peak.

FOUNDER & COACH
Fay Walker
Fay Walker is the Founder of Apex Netball Ltd and has been passionate about netball for over 22 years. Beginning her journey as a Goal Defence (GD), she has developed into a versatile player, confidently playing as a shooter and in virtually every position on the court.
​
Throughout her netball career, Fay has represented multiple teams, gaining a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the game. She is committed to inspiring players of all ages and abilities through Apex Netball, helping them build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the sport.
​
Fay founded Apex Netball with a vision of creating opportunities for children and young people to access, enjoy, and thrive in sport. She is passionate about passing on her love of netball to the next generation, providing a positive, inclusive environment where every player can grow in confidence, develop lifelong skills, and reach their full potential.
​
Looking ahead, Fay is working towards becoming a Level 3 Netball Coach and a qualified umpire, continuing her commitment to developing herself while giving back to the netball community and helping shape the future of the sport.
COACH
Chloe
Chloe is a passionate member of Apex Netball Ltd, bringing a fresh perspective and a love for the game. Having played netball as a child, Chloe returned to the sport as an adult after many years exploring other interests and experiences.
​
Rediscovering her passion for netball has inspired Chloe to help children experience the same enjoyment, confidence, and sense of belonging that the sport can bring. She is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where young players can learn new skills, make friends, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
​
As part of her personal journey, Chloe is excited to add netball coach to her “CV of life”, continuing to grow her knowledge while sharing her enthusiasm and encouraging the next generation of players.
